It stops leaks, inhibits rust, and provides energy efficient, long-lasting, attractive finish coat which will extend the life of the roof for years. During the restoration process, each problem area is systematically addressed, repaired and resealed, then the entire roof is coated with a reflective finish coat.

Our Process

Step 1:

Power wash and clean with Rust Off®.

Step 2:

Prime with Metal Ready® Universal Primer.

Step 3:

Kwik Kaulk® all fastener heads.

Step 4:

Reinforce existing seams with Spunflex® or Butyl Tape and base coat.

Step 5:

Seal entire roof with one of our approved acrylic coatings.

Step 6:

Completed project.
